We don't always hire based on a headcount roadmap. Sometimes, we meet a builder who is simply too good to pass up. We created this channel for exceptional talent (engineers, architects, and product leaders) who want to be on our radar before a role is publicly advertised.

We don't hire to fill seats. We hire to raise our average. If you are looking for a standard 9-to-5, this isn't it. But if you care about clean architecture, documented code, and shipping systems that scale, we want to know who you are.
