Getting to know
An introductory 30-minute call where you as a candidate will meet with one of us. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your experience and for you to gain insight into our company and the exciting projects you could be a part of.

Evaluation
Depending on the role, the second step in our hiring process may involve a take-home assignment tailored to the specific technology you are proficient in.

Tech Call
This is a second call, where you’ll dive deeper into your technical expertise and specific experience with the Engineering Lead or a Senior Engineer.

Client evaluation
In close collaboration with our clients, we ensure they are actively involved in the hiring process. This phase typically involves one or two steps, conducted directly with the clients themselves.
Feedback
At Arquail, feedback is an integral part of our culture. You can expect comprehensive feedback at every stage of the process. Whatever the outcome, we’ll keep you in the loop and explain our decisions.
