We do not sell your data. Ever. We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Workspace) strictly for operational needs. These providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to ensure security.

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with ARQUAIL L.L.C. (referred to as "ARQUAIL," "we," or "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We believe in clear agreements, not hidden clauses.

Upon full payment, you own all custom code and deliverables. We do not retain ownership of your IP. Our tools: We retain ownership of pre-existing frameworks and components used in development. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them.

Payment terms (rates, milestones, net-30) are defined in the Service Agreement or SOW. Time & Materials: invoiced based on actual work. Fixed Price: invoiced per agreed milestones.
